Service Description

So here we are, a baby is born. Now what? The baby doesn't sleep, feeding is more difficult than I originally anticipated and my once calm home has seen better days. I don't know where to start. Or, maybe you know the benefit of setting up a support network prior to the birth of your child so you can get a head start on what is to come. Face-to-face support following the birth of your child. Please ensure you have participated in a Discovery Call prior to scheduling of your first appointment. This service includes: - Birth debrief - Light household duties - Running errands (picking up groceries, etc) - In home meal preparation - Home organisation support - Infant care (and subsequent children) to allow primary care givers opportunity to rest, shower etc. - A compassionate ear to listen - Evidence-based information for you to make informed decisions If when you are booking this session, there is not a time you need available, please call and I will do my very best to be flexible with your needs.
